Yes, we are a full tailor shop and can make any style/fit you need.
We can offer:
Tapered Fit (shown on website)
Straight Leg
Relaxed Fit
Please email Travis at shop@weararcher.com and he make sure to make the appropriate style and size available for you.
Archer's trousers have a 2" vanity in the waist.
For those who do not know that means: Archer fits closer to "true to size". So if uncertain about what size to purchase, always go up one size and or email Travis at shop@weararcher.com and he can help you choose the right size.
Orders
Yes, you can change your order within 1.5 weeks of ordering. Please email Travis at Shop@weararcher.com and he will make the adjustments.
Yes, abosolutely! Simply email Travis at Shop@weararcher.com and he will assist you with choosing a new size.
You may cancel your order within 1.5 weeks off your purchase. We cannot cancel you order once your pants are complete.
Shipping & Returns
Orders placed on this shop can be sent to Europe and North America. For shipping to other countries, please contact us.
Shipping is free in the US and $25 to Europe.
You can return your pants up to 15 days after receiving your order. Please make sure that the pants are not worn, washed or damaged.
Refunds are processed the same way as purchases. For foreign customers, returns are customer's expense. In US, returns are free for customers.
Customization
Yes, yes we can.
Yes, absolutely! There are 2 ways we can customize your trousers.
1.) Send in a pair of your favorite pants (without stretch or elastic waistband) and we will copy the exact style and fit.
No, we do not take apart your original pants. In fact, we will press them and ship them with your new pants.
2.) Once you complete your purchase we will send you a sample pair of pants to try on. We will ask for 3 photos (front, side & back). We will work with our master tailor to make the right adjustments based on your photos.
