Honest Review, Very Satisfied.
I want to start by saying this is one of the few times I've purchased something via Instagram Marketing. I personally take reviews very seriously when considering purchasing, so hopefully this helps whomever is looking to purchase from this company.
First and foremost, they are very responsive on Instagram, and appear very personable. Travis (and possibly another staff member) guided me through the process, and answered all my questions. I was a bit skeptical on buying trousers online, as I rather get them fitted in person so I know how it will come out, and how the product looks. Travis was kind enough to call me and discuss my preferences for the trousers and explain the entire process via a phone call (which was voluntary on his part), which I really appreciated. Communication, they get a 5/5.
Product, they get a 4.5/5. I think the trousers look GREAT. I really like them and how they look. Tailoring was spot on, Fit well and tapered very well. My only -0.5 that I would give, is that the product looks SLIGHTLY darker in the advertisement, versus in person. After receiving the final product, I was confused if they used some sort of editing/filter on the photo. I spoke to Travis on Instagram, but he reassures me that its possibly the background used gives a contrast that makes the trousers look more brown than tan. I do believe him, as if you cover up the background, it does look lighter as you look at it. Nevertheless, its very minor difference, and I still very much love the trousers.
Process: 5/5 For those unaware of how the process works, they ship you a pair of trousers, have you pin it to your liking, you ship it back, and they tailor it and send you the final product. You must be precise in your pinning as they do not know your dimensions, and will go based on how you pin it. For a small(er) company, they do very well with getting your orders correct.
Shipping time: I cannot comment on this, as I told Travis I understand the workload is tough without a factory behind them, so make my trousers very low priority, I am in no rush. Once the trousers had been completed, they were sent in very fast shipping, probably 2-3 days after I got the tracking ID. (Located in South Florida). I would give about a month or a month and a half at least from the ordering to receiving the product, to give some space for tailoring, and a possible re-tailor (If necessary).
Overall, very satisfied with the purchase. I think these guys are doing a great job.

Beautiful Trousers
So so light, I can't wait to wear them in the hot muggy dog days of summer. They look great and feel great. Customer service was outstanding, I had the width of the legs increased slightly and added cuffs. Came back to me with a perfect fit.
