HANDMADE IN FALL RIVER, MA
Our Gabardine Performance Trousers (GPTs) are meticulously crafted in Fall River, Massachusetts, by the oldest and most esteemed trouser manufacturer in the country. This family-operated enterprise has been dedicated to producing top-notch trousers since 1925. Every aspect of the production journey, including cutting, sewing, trimming, pressing, folding, and packaging, is carried out manually by adept artisans who possess generations-worth of wisdom and skill.
These flannels look sharp, fit great, and they are extremely comfortable. They can be washed at home, and the color and fabric are top notch. I will be buying more!
I’m a big fan of Archer. These FTPs are exactly as advertised: crazy soft flannel wool, slight stretch, and great fit. I purchased the forest green color because I wanted something different than the blue and grey trousers that dominate my closet. It is a beautiful color and looks great with a navy sweater. As a side note, though, at 290 gsm, it is pretty lightweight, and not warm enough for winters here in Minnesota. My legs freeze. I would love to see a heavyweight version (400 gsm perhaps?) for next season.
